Anche stando all'ultima intervista di Lanois, lui e Eno avrebbero lavorato solo ad alcune tracce - che ovviamente non sanno se saranno incluse nel disco.

io avevo capito che cmq 2/3 tracce lavorate/prodotte assieme a loro erano incluse nell'album.. boh..

Jacknife Lee is the album producer, a role confirmed by Daniel Lanois in July 2026. Lanois also revealed that he and Brian Eno had contributed to the album, describing their involvement as “guest appearances” on “a couple or three songs.” (Lanois appears to be taking a production role in at least one of the songs.) Long time collaborator Steve Lillywhite also joined U2 in the studio during the final week of recording and mixing, just prior to the album being submitted to the label. (Brian Eno is also known to have been working with U2 on a separate project, described as “Irish sci-fi folk music” which may eventually become a future U2 album.) Both “Days of Ash” and “Easter Lily” have also come out of these sessions for the new album.

Insomma prende sempre più piede l'ipotesi che questo progetto folk con Brian Eno possa trasformarsi, presto o tardi, in un ulteriore nuovo album degli U2
