Quel pezzo ha una innegabile tensione epica, ma io non l'ho mai potuto particolarmente digerire: mi sembra tutto così "artefatto", pomposo, lezioso...

Eh si che si ricollega, stilisticamente parlando, ad un periodo della band (The unforgettable fire) che io adoro


Eh lo so.. come per tutta la bomba anche lei soffre di hyper produzione... purtroppo.. per quello dicevo che sarei curioso di sentire la versione demo del periodo POP...

io l'ho sempre trovata splendida, un ottimo inizio, ritornello perfetto e assolo di Edge splendido.

Così ora mi rifarò di tutti i vinili degli U2 che mi mancano  (quasi tutti! :ph34r:)

 

 

 

Ho chiesto al mio negoziante ACHTUNG BABY.   Mi ha detto che al momento non ci sono disponibilità se non usato a 40/50 euro!!

 

 

 

Se è vero attendo la ristampa in occasione del trentennale!

Sinceramente? Meglio che non abbiano messo dentro una roba del genere in un disco praticamente perfetto.

 

E perché? Che ha di così brutto? E' solo una demo, e a mio avviso molto interessante. A mio parere è quel genere di materiale che avrebbero potuto recuperare per i dischi successivi, tenendo soprattutto conto di certe emerite cacate inserite in alcuni album
