a me però non torna una cosa: the edge nella lettera parla di portare nel ventunesimo secolo canzoni del loro passato. che bisogno c'era di mettere mano alle canzoni degli ultimi due album per dire?

potrebbe avere senso, dato che i capitoli "lasciati fuori" non hanno versioni rielaborate nell'audiolibro; ci si chiedeva perché, potrebbe essere questo il motivo.

effettivamente... a maggior ragione considerando che per quelle di songs of innocence esiste già anche una versione acustica, così come una con gli archi di lights of home, ecc... boh, steremo a vedere... del resto le canzoni più recenti sono anche quelle con cui, rielaborandole, si possono fare meno danni...
